A MEMBER SHALL CEASE TO BE MEMBER
OF
THE ASSOCCIATION

a) On being adjudicated insolvent, and in the case of Company or Corporation on
winding up orders having been passed in respect of such Company or Corporation
or when it has gone into voluntary winding up except for the purpose of
reconstitution.

b) If he fails to pay annual subscription at the latest by 30th June for renewal of
membership.

c) On his ceasing to be qualified or eligible for membership in of these articles.

d) In case of any individual when he has been proved to be of unsound mind or has
been convicted for an offense involving moral turpitude or financial embezzlement of
any sort.

e) When an individual, firm, company or corporation has ceased to be a member of
the Association such individual or representative of such company or corporation shall automatically cease to be a member of the Executive committee if he was so
elected, and ceases to serve as representative of the Association on any public
body.

f) If a member does not get his membership renewed before or on 30th June of each
year, he ceases to be member. If he desires to continue his membership, he shall
have to pay all dues for the period of default.
