ANNUAL REPORT
An annual report of the activities of the Association shall be
prepared and
circulated for information of the members of the Association at least 21 days before the Annual General Meeting. Such report must a statement of audited
accounts for the preceding year and shall be submitted to the annual Meeting for
confirmation and shall be confirmed or otherwise dealt
with or disposed of as the General Meeting may determine. |
