MANAGEMENT OF FUNDS OF THE ASSOCIATION

The Management of the funds of the Association shall be vested in the
Committee. The Committee may, in addition to the powers expressly conferred
upon it under these Articles, exercise all such powers and do all such acts and
things as may be exercised and desired by the Association and are not hereby or
under any bye-laws expressly directed or required to be exercised or done by the
Association in the General Meeting.
