POWERS OF THE GENERAL BODY

Annual General Meeting of the general body shall be held at least once in a year at such
time and place as the Executive Committee may from time to time prescribe. However,
for any emergent business special meeting of the general body can also be  convened
at the instance of the Chairman. The general body shall have the power:

 

a)      To receive the  Annual Report  of   the  Retiring  Committee  and  the
audited statements of the account of the Association for the preceding year.


b)
      To record  the  declaration  of  the result of  the office  bearers  of  the
Committee for the ensuing year.

c)      To appoint an Auditor for the ensuing year .

d)
      To transact such other business of which notice may have been given
by a member seven clear days before the  date  fixed  for  the  annual general meeting and of  which the Secretary  will have given  notice to the General Body members by post or otherwise four days before the date of the meeting.
