ADJOURNMENTS FOR WANT OF QUORUM
If within half an hour of the time fixed for the holding
of meeting the quorum is
not present the meeting. if convened upon requisition of member shall stand
dissolved and in any other case it shall stand adjourned to the
same day in the
following week at the same time
and place. And if at such adjourned meeting
the
quorum is not present it shall proceed with the business despite the want of
quorum. |
