CHAIRMAN
 


                                     The Chairman shall  preside at all  meetings of  the Committee,  at  all  General Meeting and lead all deputation, and shall take and
lead on behalf of the Association at any meeting or conference held in
connection with any matter in which the Association may be interested. The Chairman may nominate a member to lead a delegation for attending a meeting 
or conference, if the himself  may  not be available for the purpose. In a
General Meeting he may address the member  on such subject as he may deem
proper to bring to their notice.
 

The Chairman shall also perform such other duties as may be incidental to the
office of the Chairman. He shall have the authority to sanction expenditure upon
the limit prescribed by the Executive Committee for the year. Wherever the bye-laws are silent, the ruling given by the Chairman shall be final unless it is over-
ruled  by the General body on the recommendation of the Executive Committee.
