
SECRETARY
The Secretary shall have
charge of all correspondence. He shall have the care of the books, furniture,
library pictures and of all documents belonging to the Association. He
shall issue notice of all meetings of the Association, of the Committee, departmental
Committees and Sub Committees of the Association and shall record minutes
of all meetings. He shall duly notify members of their election and shall
collect all dues of the Association and issue receipts. He shall endorse
all cheques, dividends warrants and other negotiable instruments in which
the Association may be connected. He shall prepare the Annual Reports of
the Association under the guidance of the Committee and the report of all
Committees and generally shall perform all such duties as are incidental
to his office subject to the guidance of the Committee.
The Secretary will
keep the Chairman abreast of all the correspondence and day to day affairs
of the Association and seek guidance.
The Secretary shall
be the custodian of the funds, including all Government Papers and
Securities. He shall keep an account of the funds of the Association and
funds connected with or in any way controlled by the Association and of
the moneys received and spent by the Association. He shall keep an account
of assets, credits and liabilities of the Association.
