AMENDMENT

The amendment/alteration in the memorandum and Articles of Association shall be made by majority of 3/4th of the Members of the Association present in the meeting of the general body called for this purpose, alone or under the special directions of the Director Trade Organization.

Copies of the Memorandum & Articles of Association shall be made available to the members on request at a reasonable cost approved by the Executive Committee.
