SEAL

There shall be a common seal the Association. The seal shall be deposited with the Secretary with the Secretary and shall never be affixed to any documents expect in the presence of the Chairman, or any of the Vice Chairman and in pursuance of the resolution of the Committee or of the Association in General Meeting Deeds, Bonds and other documents required to be made under seal shall be deemed to have been fully executed on behalf of the Association if sealed with the common seal of the Association and signed by the Chairman or any of the Vice Chairman and countersigned by the Secretary or the person acting as Secetary.
