WINDING UP

The Association shall be wound up voluntarily whenever special resolution is passed requiring the Association to be so wound up. If the Association be wound up and there may remain, after satisfaction of the debts and liabilities, any property whatsoever the same shall not paid or distributes among the members of the Association or any of them, but, shall be given to some other Association, or body or persons, then existing or to be formed, having objects similar to those of the Association, as the General Body may determine at an Extraordinary Meeting special convened for the purpose.
