APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP
a) For the exercise of the rights
and privileges of
membership, by a firm,
Company or Corporation member, only, one representative shall
be recognized
who shall be entitled to attend the meetings of the Association and take
part therein. |

b) A member may replace its representative at any
time during the year, but,if such
a representative is already a member of the Executive Committee or
any Sub-
Committee he shall continue to serve on it until the new executive
committee is
elected or the sub committee is reconstituted, provided that such a
representative
shall have the right to resign from the committee or sub committee at any
time. |
