The procedure and requirements for membership of SIMAP is easy and simple. Membership of this Association is subject to the approval granted by the Executive Committee, which meets once a month. The documentary requirements varies according to the nature of applicant firm/company:
For Proprietorship concern, following documents are required:
1- Duly filled in Application Form.
2- Photocopy of CNIC of Proprietor.
3- Photocopy of NTN Certificate.
4- Photocopy of Sales Tax Registration Certificate (if any).
5. Dully filled in members' Data Form
For Partnership concern, following documents are required:
1- Duly filled in Application Form.
2- Duly filled in members’ Data Form.
3- Photocopy of CNIC of all partners.
4- Photocopies of NTN Certificate of firm/company and all partners.
5- Photocopy of Sales Tax Registration Certificate (if any).
6- Bank attested photocopy of Partnership deed,
7- Photocopy of Form C.
8- Attestation from two active members of SIMAP.
For Limited Company, following documents are required:
1- Duly filled in Application Form.
2- Duly filled in members’ Data Form.
3- Photocopy of CNICs of Directors.
4- Photocopy of NTN Certificate of Company.
5- Photocopy of Sales Tax Registration Certificate (if any).
6- Photocopy of Memorandum and Articles of Association.
7- Photocopy Certificate of incorporation.
8- Attestation from two active member firms of SIMAP.
Fee for new membership for Associate Class is Rs.4500/-
Fee for New Membership for Corporate Class is Rs. 5000/-
