The Surgical Association plays the role of mediator to make efforts for amicable solution to the trade disputes. Departmental Committee on Trade Disputes takes up the disputes. These may also include the complaint against foreign customers regarding non payment or any other such matters. The members are required to submit their cases along with all necessary documentary evidences.
