The Surgical Instrument Manufacturers Association of Pakistan issues Visa Recommendatory Letters in favor of foreign Embassies/High Commissions/Consulates, in Pakistan, to support the Visa Applications of the members. Normally, it will take two days for processing Visa Recommendatory Letter’s application of members.

How to Get the Visa Recommendatory Letter?

Any member of SIMAP may file his application for the issuance of Visa Recommendatory Letter. The members (Proprietors/Partners/Directors) are required to submit the following documents (which are given below) for the issuance of Visa Recommendatory Letter.

Request Letter (at their own Letter head) signed by the Authorized Representative in Surgical Association. Duly filled Application Form (click to download the application form). Take the print out on A4 size paper in black & white.

■ Passport photocopies (if traveled before, please attached the photocopies of the same)
■ Export performance duly attested by Concerned Bank for the last year. 
■ In case of Exhibition, copy of proof of booking of stall, copy of invoice, copy of proof of payment.
■ Undertaking on behalf of applicant by its firm on prescribed format (available in Applicaiton form)
